Will a hair-on cowhide jacket have exactly the same pattern as the product photo?

No.

Natural hair-on cowhide retains the original markings of the hide, which means every piece has its own pattern.

The distribution of brown, white, black, or other natural markings may therefore differ from the jacket shown in the photographs.

This variation is one of the defining characteristics of genuine hair-on cowhide.

Why can suede appear lighter or darker in different areas?

Suede has a soft, raised surface known as the nap.

Ebon Saint leather jackets and outerwear are produced through our workshop in Sialkot, Pakistan.

Different stages of production are handled by cutters, stitchers, finishers, and quality-control staff.

The process can include hide inspection, pattern cutting, stitching, hardware installation, finishing, measurement checks, and final inspection before packing.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right jacket size?

Use the Ebon Saint Size Guide and compare the measurements with a jacket that already fits you well.

Do not rely only on your usual S, M, L, or XL label because fit can differ between jacket styles.

For example, an oversized bomber, cropped jacket, regular-fit biker jacket, and fitted café racer are intentionally patterned differently.

What if I am between two sizes?

Our normal handling period is approximately 7 working days.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request cancellation before shipment, but contact Ebon Saint as soon as possible.

Because made-to-order products may enter cutting or production during the handling period, cancellation becomes more difficult once production has begun.

If the order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled as an unshipped order and the applicable return procedure will apply.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes can normally only be handled before dispatch.

Once the parcel has entered the courier network, the ability to change the destination may depend on the carrier and the shipment status.

Does Ebon Saint ship internationally?
