This anorak rain jacket is built for genuine wet-weather performance, not just the look of one — a shell rated to 10,000mm hydrostatic head with fully sealed seams, tested to ISO 811, the standard method for measuring a fabric's actual water resistance rather than relying on a vague marketing claim. A detachable hood and relaxed, easy silhouette make it as practical for daily wear as it is for genuinely wet conditions.

The Shell

The outer is 100% polyester with a PU coating at 180 GSM, using a 120D ripstop weave that improves tear resistance without adding unnecessary weight — a genuinely lightweight jacket at 400g in size L, despite the serious weatherproofing underneath. Alongside its waterproof rating, the shell is also breathable at 10,000 g/m²/24h, meaning it lets moisture vapour escape from the inside rather than trapping heat and sweat against the body, a real consideration for anyone wearing this jacket during activity rather than just standing still in the rain. Construction

Overlock stitching is used throughout for durable, clean seam finishing, and the front closes with a YKK AquaGuard zipper — a water-resistant zipper construction specifically designed to prevent moisture from working through the zipper teeth, paired with a smaller YKK #5 zipper elsewhere on the jacket.

Fit and Features
