Such natural characteristics do not automatically constitute a defect.

For products made from natural hair-on cowhide, the exact pattern and distribution of markings may differ from the product photographs because every natural hide is different.
5. Product Availability

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not guarantee that it will remain available until checkout has been successfully completed.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Ebon Saint may:
- contact the customer about alternative options;
- delay fulfillment with the customer's agreement;
- replace the item where an agreed alternative is available; or
- cancel the affected item or order and issue an applicable refund.
6. In-Stock & Made-to-Order Products
Ebon Saint offers a combination of in-stock and made-to-order products.
An in-stock item is generally already produced but may still require inspection, preparation, measurement checks, and packaging before dispatch.
A made-to-order product is produced after an order is received.
Made-to-order products may require cutting, stitching, finishing, inspection, and other production steps before shipment.
Our normal handling period is approximately 7 working days, although production may take longer during unusually busy periods or where a customized order requires additional preparation.

7. Customized & Made-to-Measure Products
Certain products may be available with custom sizing or other approved modifications.
Customers requesting customization are responsible for providing accurate measurements and confirming the requested specifications.
Custom orders may include changes such as:

- hardware
- other approved product details
Customization is subject to technical feasibility and confirmation by Ebon Saint.
Customized or made-to-measure products are generally non-returnable unless defective, incorrect, or materially different from the agreed specification, subject to applicable consumer law.

If an order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled as an unshipped order and must instead be handled under the applicable return conditions.

Leather jackets may be designed with different silhouettes, including:

- relaxed
- oversized
- cropped
- bomber
- biker
- café racer
- western
- trucker
Customers should not assume that the same size will fit identically across every product.

17. Product Safety & Intended Use
Customers should use Ebon Saint products only for their intended purpose and follow applicable product information, care guidance, and safety warnings.

Different leather types and finishes may require different care.
Smooth leather, suede, distressed leather, waxed leather, sheepskin, and hair-on cowhide should not automatically be cleaned or conditioned using the same methods.
Improper cleaning, washing, modification, storage, heat exposure, chemical treatment, or care may damage the product.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, genuine leather jackets should not normally be machine washed.
