The Leather

Cut from full-grain lambskin at 1.2mm, vegetable-tanned with a soft-medium to medium temper, this leather takes colour with real depth and richness rather than the flat, chalky look cheaper dyed leather can carry. The V-shaped quilted front construction keeps insulation evenly distributed across the chest, a functional detail as much as a visual one. Insulation

Inside, genuine 90/10 goose down-to-feather fill at 700–800+ fill power delivers real warmth-to-weight performance, held in place through baffle construction — insulation compartmentalized into separate sections so it stays put rather than shifting or thinning unevenly with wear. Snap-secured hardware and a full polyester lining round out a build made for genuine daily use, not just standing out in a crowd.

The Collar

A genuine fur collar — shearling or possum, consistent with the Double Goose standard — attaches at the neck and removes easily when you want a cleaner silhouette. Real fur, not a synthetic substitute, the same as every other piece in this line.
